ARRIVAL IN CAPE TOWN
Our staff will meet you at Cape Town International airport and take you to your hotel. You then have the rest of the day to relax and settle in.
DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE
During a safety and orientation presentation, our staff will be on hand to offer advice and answer questions about any element of the journey. They will be with you every step of the way, from explaining how the clothing systems work, to what to pack and of course, what you can expect once actually in Antarctica.
Please note: we will also be sending out a far more detailed information pack before your arrival in Cape Town.
That evening, over a glass or two of Champagne you will get the chance to meet the other clients coming on the adventure and enjoy the hospitality of one of Africa’s most interesting cities.
DAY OF DEPARTURE
We will collect you from your hotel and take you to Cape Town International Airport. Once there, you will board our private jet and begin the journey in earnest.
Don’t be too surprised at the check-in desk, as our official destination is labeled “Unknown International Airport”!
