After graduating from The Culinary Academy in Cape Town in 2001, Jenna went on to spend six years working in one of Cape Town's best restaurants - Ginja. She has also worked as a private chef for high profile film clients and on a day-to-day basis, plays an important role in a gourmet events company in Cape Town.
A creative and highly talented chef, Jenna also has a disarming ability to take everything in her stride... The perfect combination of skills to ensure the food is spectacular, even in a place such as Antarctica.
