White Desert kit and clothing is already manufactured, so each order should take ten days to process and dispatch to you. However, depending on your country of origin and delivery specifications, it may take up to three weeks. If you need your clothing to be shipped in less than the above stated time, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to meet your requirements. If we have your chosen item in stock, it will be shipped on receipt of your order. If we do not have your chosen items in stock, we will notify you immediately and recommend the closest alternative.

If you place an order through http://www.white-desert.com it will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery if you live in the UK for delivery. If you live outside the UK, your order will be sent by Fedex, and the delivery date will vary depending on your country of origin. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping.
